1 small or medium circle of brie
1/4 cup brown sugar
Whisk or bourbon (2-4 tablespoons?)

4. Put mixture on top of brie
5. Fold croissants on top of brief, pat with hands and add any extra croissant dough over any open areas (if got the larger cheese)
6. Beat egg with fork and use a brush or paper towel and rub and cover the pastry with the egg

Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes in glass or
Should be golden brown

Serve with crackers and or apples; this is a very popular appetizer. You can whip it up right before you leave to a party, and take it with you, or bake it at the person's house.

Tips learned:

  • Do not put tin foil down on sheet (is really sticks to it)
  • Use a glass or mental baking dish
  • If you use a sheet, the cheese and whisky might "run", so it's really best to find a dish that you can both cook and serve it in, without having to transfer it.
